New Scantool v-belt driven drill presses

Scantool introduce a new line of v-belt driven drill presses with many new improving features and with safety in focus.

In close co-operation with the danish Factories Inspectorate who enforce the CE regulations here in Denmark we have developed this new line of drill presses.

In this connection saftey has been in focus. This means that we now deliver all drill presses with microswitch in the top cover so the machine cannot run while changing the spindle speed.

Further all machines will be delivered with chuck guard and separate emergency stop which is placed at the front of the machines. All these steps to optimize the safety for the operator when using our machines.

New for 2010 is also a powerful and flexible working light and a digital readout of the drilling depht (all models except for model 13S).

Model 32A has as an extra feature a machine vice underneath of the working table. By turning the working table around the operator has immediately a fixed machine vice.

All models are delivered ready for use with keyless chuck and according to the latest CE regulations.
